BluePrinted is operated by Blueprinted Hospitality, S.L., tax ID (NIF) B05754924, with registered office at Carrer de l'Avenir 40, 5º 2ª, 08021 Barcelona, Spain.

Access to BluePrinted during the private beta is by personal invitation only. There is no public sign-up, no purchase option, and no enrollment mechanism. Invited participants are expected to use the platform solely for evaluation of its outputs in their professional context.

All materials made available through the platform are confidential. This includes project inputs submitted by the user, generated outputs (financial models, narratives, supporting analysis), methodology references, and any documentation provided alongside.

Invited participants agree, by accessing the platform, not to redistribute, publicly share, publish, or use such materials for commercial purposes outside their own evaluation, without prior written permission obtained through the contact channel below.

Participants who wish to use a specific generated output commercially in the course of their evaluation — for example, as one input to their own client work — can request written permission per case through the contact channel below. Permissions are granted in writing, case by case, with an explicit scope and validity.

During the private beta, no warranty, service-level commitment, uptime guarantee, accuracy guarantee, or license of any kind is granted. The platform may be modified, paused, or withdrawn at any time without notice. Outputs generated during the private beta are provided for evaluation purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for investment, financing, or operational decisions.

Project inputs submitted by participants, and the outputs generated from them, are not used to train artificial-intelligence models — neither BluePrinted's own nor those of its providers. Aggregate, de-identified usage analysis to operate and improve the service is described in the Privacy Policy.

Every generated case can be exported in full as a self-contained workbook: formulas, methodology notes and assumptions travel inside the file, which opens and recalculates in standard spreadsheet software with no dependency on the platform. Files exported during the private beta remain usable by the participant regardless of the platform's availability.

The methodology, models, prompts, code, design, and brand elements that constitute the BluePrinted platform remain the exclusive intellectual property of the platform operator. Access during the private beta does not transfer, license, or assign any rights over these elements. Formal licensing terms will be defined as part of the Terms of Service published at general availability.

Definitive Terms of Service, including provisions on intellectual property of outputs, limitation of liability, governing law, and dispute resolution, will be published at the launch of the platform's general availability phase. Until then, the conditions described in this notice govern access.
